Human Resources

The City of Sandy employs over 90 people in various departments who provide exemplary service to our community members.  Human Resources is dedicated to working with departments to recruit, develop, and retain a high quality workforce that is committed to excellence in public service. 

The Human Resources Department is responsible for a full range of comprehensive human resources services and programs including recruitment and selection, benefit administration, employee orientation, labor relations, training, personnel policy development and administration, personnel record management, and employee relations and recognition.
