Budget Committee Application

The City of Sandy is currently accepting applications to fill five positions on the Budget Committee.

Four of the position terms will expire on 6/30/2028; the fifth term will expire on 6/30/2026.

Committee members must be registered voters and live within Sandy city limits.

Selected applicants will be interviewed prior to City Council consideration of their appointment.

Applications are due by 4:00 PM on Friday February 28th.

This online form is intended to provide the City with contact information and to learn about your background and interests as a potential member of the Budget Committee.

The Budget Committee, composed of the seven members of the Council and an equal number of community members, reviews the two-year budget that is drafted by the Budget Officer and makes a recommendation to the City Council for final adoption.
