ON-CALL BUILDING DIVISION ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW

SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION 

1.1 INTRODUCTION

The City of Sandy (“City”) is seeking experienced firms (“Consultants”) to provide on-call electronic plan review services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from Consultants to provide on-call electronic plan review services. Detailed information regarding the services to be provided can be found in Section 2 of this RFP. A consultant will be selected based on availability at the time of proposal submission and expertise of the firm. The resulting contract with the successful proposer will be effective for a 30-month initial term with an option to renew the contract for additional terms, at the City’s discretion. Due to the on-call nature of the work, the City does not guarantee any quantity of work.

1.2 PROPOSAL INQUIRIES AND SUBMITTAL
Inquiries shall be directed to Kelly O’Neill Jr., by phone (503-489-2166) or e-mail (koneill@ci.sandy.or.us). Please submit one (1) unbound copy of the proposal to the City of Sandy, Development Services Department, Attn: Kelly O’Neill Jr., 39250 Pioneer Blvd., Sandy, OR 97055 no later than 2:00 P.M. on November 25, 2024. Proposals submitted after the deadline will be deemed nonresponsive.

The proposal package shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked:
