Tupper Park

This 1.26 acre park at the corner of Tupper Road and Sandy Heights Street includes an asphalt basketball court and a play structure for younger children.

City Council Liaison Assignments

Each biennium, the Mayor assigns Council Members as liaisons to advisory boards, commissions, and regional bodies. Council Members may also represent the Sandy City Council and the community as liaisons to other governing boards in the area.

Parks Maintenance

Sandy's developed parks, grounds, trails and open spaces are maintained by two full-time employees and a seasonal worker employed during the summer months. The entrance features at the east and west ends of the one-way couplet and landscaping at most City facilities other than City Hall are maintained through contract with local landscaping firms.
