Original City Incorporation Ballot: August 26, 1911

The Sandy Historical Society & Museum has found in its archives an original ballot used by voters on August 26, 1911 to decide whether to incorporate Sandy as an official city!  The election also chose the City's first Mayor and Aldermen (city council).  Many of the names on the ballot are now familiar to us as names of local streets and other landmarks.
