20-031 PLA/FSH Vista Loop Lot Line Adjustment (Type II)
The applicant, Paul Reeder, is requesting approval for a lot line adjustment between tax lots 500 and 100 of 2S5E18CD to adjust the shared property line between the two lots. The reason for this adjustment is to allow for the eventual sale of both lots as buildable lots. The lots are zoned as Single Family Residential (SFR). There is no construction proposed with this land use application.
Type II Design Review- Demolition of Existing Building & Construction of New Building
Clackamas County submitted an application for a new health clinic facility located at 39831 Highway 26. The proposal includes demolishing the existing building and constructing a new 9,381 square foot building, along with associated site improvements. In addition, the applicant is requesting the following:
Allied Homes & Development submitted an application to subdivide 23.42 acres into a 100-lot residential subdivision. The 100 proposed lots vary in size from 7,500 to 8,659 square feet.
The Planning Commission approved the application with conditions. Several citizens appealed the Planning Commission decision on February 26, 2020.
