• SandyNet's Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains SandyNet's process for handling DMCA notifications, take-downs, enforcement and challenges. A PDF of the policy is available below. 
• Customer Proprietary Network Information Compliance Policy. This policy is mandated under federal law to help protect the confidentiality of certain types of telecommunications and voice data.
