Request for Proposals for Professional Auditing Services

The City of Sandy is seeking proposals for the audit of its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and the Sandy Urban Renewal Agency’s Annual Financial Report from qualified certified public accounting firms. A complete description of services to be provided is described in the attached RFP.  The first reporting period to be audited is July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, extending through the next two subsequent fiscal years. 

Proposals are due May 14th at 3:00 p.m.

Apply to Serve on the Board Today!

The purpose of the SandyNet Advisory Board is to advise the City Council on the operations, long-term strategy, growth, and scope of services offered by SandyNet, the City’s municipal telecommunications utility, to meet the current and future needs of Sandy and the greater service area.  No more than two Board Members may reside outside of the city limits of the City of Sandy. All Board Members must reside within the boundaries of the Oregon Trail School District. 

Economic Development Advisory Board

The purpose of the Economic Development Advisory Board is to advise the City Council on issues and policies related to the development of Sandy's business community including (but not limited to) business recruitment and retention, strategic planning for the local economy, City policy and municipal code change proposals relating to the business community and the use of urban renewal grant programs and other development incentives for commercial development.
