Lead in Drinking Water

OCTOBER 2024 UPDATE:  After a year and a half investigation and research on our water service lines, the City can now verify that there is NO lead in our water service line materials. Using the OHA guidelines, Sandy has completed a statistical analysis of the unknowns in the inventory. This involved inspecting over 20% of unknowns at random to determine that no lead services can be found in Sandy. City crews inspected more than double this number and found no lead service lines.

The purpose of the Water System Master Plan (WSMP) is to perform an analysis of the City of Sandy’s (City’s) water system and:

RFQ - Hwy 211 & Gunderson ~ Intersection Project

The City of Sandy is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications information from consulting engineering firms to provide design and construction management services for the intersection of Highway 211 and Gunderson Road.  

 

Manhole Grouting Project (2023)

Sealed bids for the 2023 Manhole Grouting Project will be received at the front desk in the main lobby of Sandy City Hall, 39250 Pioneer Blvd,, Sandy,Oregon 97055, addressed to AJ THORNE, until THURSDAY, January 12, AT 4:00 PM local time. Late bids will be retained unopened. The bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is $420,000.
