Council Meeting Public Comment Signup Form - Online Attendees
The City Council sets aside time at each regular meeting to hear comments from the public. Each speaker receives up to three (3) minutes. Please note: public hearings that occur during meetings are separate from this process and do not require signup in advance.
This public comment signup form is intended for individuals joining meetings online via Zoom. If you'd like an opportunity to speak, please complete the Public Comment Signup Form below prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
The Mayor will let you know when it is your turn to speak. Please log in to Zoom with your name clearly identified. You may be asked to 'raise your hand' to identify yourself; you can do so by clicking the button at the bottom of your screen, or by dialing *9 if you are connected to Zoom by phone.
