Join us for Sandy's 3rd annual Winterfest! 

From November 22 to January 6th, Meinig Park will be lit up for the holidays. The lights will be on nightly for all to enjoy. 

On November 22- the lights will come on after the Tree Lighting at Centennial Plaza. 

For November 22nd-Janaury 5th, the lights will be on nightly from 4:00pm-9:00pm. 

We'll also host 6 free community events during the month as well. More information on those is coming soon!

Regular screening of a child’s development is an effective way to identify early if children are falling behind their peers or are in need of extra support to meet their developmental milestones. If needs are identified, early intervention or early childhood special education services can provide a variety of supports.

December 19, 2023- Notice to Proceed

A Notice to Proceed has been issued to Groat Brothers for the Demolition of the Olin Bignall Aquatic Center and the Old Middle School. 

December 6th, 2023- Intent to Award

An Intent to Award was issued on December 6th, 2023 to Groat Brothers, Inc deemed the lowest responsive responsible bidder in the amount of $543,030.00.
