Competitive & Recovery Grants Program from Travel Oregon

Travel Oregon, the State of Oregon's official tourism agency, has announced their Competitive & Recovery Grants Program. The grant program provides competitive funding for projects that work to enhance and expand the visitor experience over both the short and long-term, with an emphasis on outdoor, distanced, and COVID-19 safe experiences.  

Seasonal Streets Maintenance Worker

POSITION TITLE:             Seasonal Worker – Streets 

WORK HOURS:               Full Time - Mon-Friday - some flexibility w/scheduling

DEPARTMENT:                Public Works

FLSA STATUS:                  Non-Exempt

SALARY GRADE:             A

SALARY RANGE:             $20.02 an hour - Undetermined COLA added on 7/1/2025 

REPRESENTATION:        None

This position is up to a four month assignment and is open until filled

Business Oregon Announces Commercial Rent Relief Grants to Help Small Businesses Behind on Lease Payments

The Oregon Legislative Emergency Board allocated $100 million to Business Oregon for a new program to provide financial assistance to small businesses and commercial landlords impacted by the economic hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

For purposes of this policy, “Library” is defined as indoors of both the library and the community room/computer areas.

Oregon Health Plan Information

The state of Oregon is upgrading the OregONEligibility, or ONE, system that Oregonians use to apply for the Oregon Health Plan and manage their information. Once the upgrade is completed, beginning Feb. 1, Oregonians will have the option to apply online for medical, cash, childcare, and food benefits all on one application. Check out the website benefits.oregon.gov.
