Monthly Financial Report

The City of Sandy updates the following online financial report monthly. The report provides an easy to read detail of the City's revenues and expenses for each department. Questions related to specific fund or department revenues and expenses should be directed to the Finance Director.

Single Audit Reports

Entities that expend $750,000 or more of federal funds during a fiscal year are required to obtain an annual audit in accordance with the Single Audit Act, OMB Circular A-133.  The purpose of a Single Audit is to ensure a recipient of federal funds is in compliance with the federal program's requirements for how money can be used. If a year is missing from the listing below, it means that the City was not required to conduct a Single Audit for that year.

Annual Reports - Sandy Urban Renewal Agency

Pursuant to ORS 457.460, a detailed accounting of the financial activity related to urban renewal areas is required on an annual basis.  The following financial information responds to the requirements of this statue; money received, money expended, estimated revenues, budget for the current fiscal year, impact on taxing districts, and revenue sharing information.

Financial Statements - Sandy Urban Renewal Agency

The Sandy Urban Renewal Agency (SURA) is a separate component unit of the City of Sandy and is responsible for governing Sandy's Urban Renewal area.  As such, the SURA is required to provide its own annual financial report.  View the Urban Renewal Projects page for more information.

Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) - City of Sandy

The City of Sandy prepares annual financial reports to communicate the financial position of the City at the end of each fiscal year. The PAFR is designed to be a condensed, readily accessible, and easily understandable document. It is also intended to be used as a quick guide to the City's current financial position in lieu of the more in depth Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
