Transit Tax Information for Realtors

Sandy Transit follows TriMet policy, set in 2008, regarding Transit Tax for realtors.

In an effort to make Transit Tax easier to report, realtors are to report their tax to the Transit District in which their office is located.  The location of the sale is not the deciding factor, it is the office location in which more than 50% of the work takes place. Home offices are not accepted as an office location.
