Page 31 stated 5 project references are needed. Only 3 are required.
Page 79 stated Professional Liability needed in the amount of $21,000,000. The actual amount required is $2,000,000.
Page 24- Bid Tabulation- Div 04- listed Concrete Flatwork in Sky Blue. We have now added another line item for just Concrete Flatwork (no specific color).
June 9th, 2023- Questions/Answers
Q1: Is a licensed landscape contractor needed to lay SOD/Seed placement?
A1: Yes, it is required that a licensed landscape contractor lay and place the SOD/seed.
June 14, 2023- Closure Information
We are closed on June 19th in observance of the holiday. No mail or deliveries will be accepted this day. We will reopen June 20th.

On July 17th, 2023, the City Council elected to award the Community Campus Park Skate Park, Pump Track, and Jump Line contract to American Ramp Company. A notice to proceed was sent to American Ramp Company.
