Utility Bill Customer Assistance Program

Sandy is making historic reinvestments in our infrastructure for drinking water and wastewater, to ensure that current residents and future generations can continue to enjoy the quality of life we appreciate in our town.

Wastewater System Facilities Plan

Our community has outgrown our decades-old wastewater system, and we have been mandated by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to improve our infrastructure.  The City of Sandy adopted a Wastewater System Facilities Plan in 2019, but the plan is currently being amended to better address Sandy's challenges.

Make a Payment

We want to make it as convenient as possible to pay your utility bill.  You have several options:

Municipal Court

The courtroom is open for traffic and violation trials. If you have a trial set, you need to appear in court at the time set on your trial date letter. If you have questions, call the Court.

If you have received a citation, you will need to enter a plea with the Court prior to the date listed on your citation. You can enter a plea of no contest or guilty and pay your fine online. Contact the Court if you need to set up a payment plan.

Fees

The document below contains a detailed listing for fees and charges. These are typically updated once per fiscal year. However, Council reserves the right to update the schedule of fees and charges as needed throughout the year. The most recent update became effective October 1, 2024. Questions related to a specific fee should be directed to the department director.

City Lien Information

The City contracts with Conduits to provide City Lien searches.  The fee for an initial search is $30.00.  Duplicate searches can be run up to 60 days after an initial search for no additional fee.  If you do not have a username and password to do lien searches through Conduits, please contact Net Assets Corporation at info@nassets.net or at (541) 485
