Engineering Services - Sandy Water Filtration Plant Transmission System

Original posting: The City of Sandy (City) is soliciting proposals from consulting engineering firms to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to provide professional engineering design services for the planned construction of a new 5 MGD finished water pump station, GAC contactors, disinfection system and approximately 11,000 feet of 16-inch, Class 52 ductile iron transmission pipeline to provide a connection between the Portland Water Bureau’s Bull Run Filtration Facility and the City of Sandy’s distribution system. The City believes that the constructed value of the aforementioned Project will range between $30 and $40 million and is expected to be completed by Q3 of 2027. Services sought will span the period of Q3 2023 through Q3 2027.
