The City of Sandy, Oregon is soliciting proposals from individuals, firms, or teams with demonstrated experience performing sanitary sewer system rehabilitation and constructing improvements using the Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services alternative delivery method for the 2022 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation for Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Project.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted via video and teleconference at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 26th, 2022. To be considered, four (4) hard copies and one (1) digital (.pdf file) copy of the proposal must be received by Jenny Coker, Director of Public Works at Sandy City Hall, 39250 Pioneer Blvd, Sandy, OR 97055 by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 4th, 2022.
