Facade Improvement Grants - Bids Page

Welcome to the bids page for the City of Sandy Facade Improvement Program. This web page contains information for current facade projects subject to open bidding. All project posts will include a downloadable scope of work detailing the work required to complete the project, a walk-through date and time, and a bid deadline.  Any contractor interested in bidding on a project will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Download the scope of work from this web page in advance of the walk-through.  The project number will be displayed prominently on the first page of th scope of work.
  2. Complete the walk-through at the listed date and time -- the property owner or a City official will walk all interested contractors around the building and describe the scope of work in additional detail.
    1. If you cannot make the date/time of the walk-through but would still like to bid on the job, please contact the City's Development Services Director at koneill@ci.sandy.or.us.
  3. Submit a bid directly to the City of Sandy by the posted bid deadline.

  4. The City of Sandy will contact all valid bidders to inform them of the final status of their bid.
