Applying for a library card online will grant you an eCard and give you instant access to ebooks, eaudiobooks, and online resources.  If you already have a library card for Clackamas County, you do not need to get an eCard.

You may also place up to five physical items on hold, but must upgrade to a full library card to check them out.
 

To upgrade to a full library card, bring your photo ID to the library.  If you are under 18, bring a parent or legal guardian with a photo ID.  
 

*eCards are only available to residents of the LINCC Library District (Clackamas County, Oregon), age 5 and up.  Full library cards are available for all ages.
