Meeting Rooms

The Sandy Library has two meeting rooms, the Community Room and the Study Room.  The Hoodland Library has a Community Room. 

Community Rooms can be booked up to one month in advance.  Maximum occupancy of the Sandy Library Community Room is 74.  It has a kitchen with sink, microwave, and refrigerator, and tables and chairs which you can arrange in your preferred configuration.  Maximim occupancy of the Hoodland Library Community Room is 24.  It has a sink, and tables and chairs which you can arrange in your preferred configuration.  Both Community Rooms have built in projectors and screens which can be used with a laptop for presentations.  Please review the Community Room Policy to request use of the Community Room at Sandy or Hoodland Library.

The Study Room is available on a first come, first served basis.  Maximum occupancy is 6.  It has a table and 6 chairs in it.  Feel free to call the library the day of your meeting or visit in person to book this room for the current day.
